Wide Leg Femme Suit
I couldn’t find the suit I wanted, so I made it. . . I’m such a sucker for 1970s takes on 1940s silhouettes. Also, this thing feels like wearing the swankiest pair of pajamas you could imagine.
The top features puffed sleeves and princess seams. It closes down the center with hidden hooks. The pants fit at the natural waist and featured a wide, spiral steel-boned waistline, BIG pockets and are fully lined in silk satin.
I made this from the last of some truly fabulous vintage British wool. Available vintage wools are listed under colors.
